A Walk Through the Gardens

The second annual Garden Walk sponsored by the
Papillion Junior Woman’s Club and the Papillion Garden Club
Saturday August 7th, 9 till noon

A benefit for the Tri City Food Bank and Heartland Hope Mission.
Any $ donation or nonperishable food item will be accepted.

The Butterfly Garden at Veterans Park
E. Halleck Street Road and S. Monroe
In its infancy but still very pretty. Appealing to bees,
butterflies, hummingbirds and humans.

Rare succulents, voodoo lily patch, elephant ear patch, wild ginger bed. A fig
tree with figs on it! A working rain barrel. Lots of great stuff. And some surprises.....

Home of Sandi Gable
1122 Sheriff Circle
A bee garden. A butterfly garden. A fairy garden. Window boxes. A
beautiful yard filled with flowers and whimsical yard art.

Home of Jeanette Sterba
401 Fall Creek Road
Flowers in the sun, flowers in the shade. An arbor, a grotto, a fairy
garden where great grandchildren play and rearrange the fairies.

Home of Diane Shumacher
1101 Oke Street
Lots of roses. Lots of clematis. Lots of lilies. Lots of potted plants.
And a lovely greenhouse.

Tri city Food pantry will be at 401 Fall Creek Road
Heartland Hope Mission will be at 612 East Patton
